  1. Who will issue the certificate car dealer or manufacturer ? how to approach for the manufacturer for the certificate ? how much will be the concessions if i wish to buy Swift Dzire AT ?

  2. This provision from govt. looks gloomy. If you ask dealer they deny providing such exemption, if you directly go to manufacture website, they say you directly contact dealers. I am looking forward to avail this for last 1 and 1/2 year, but still unable to do it. Any one has already done this in Hyderabad

  3. Registration of Auto transmission vehicle in Hyderabad is very dificult. RTO is not cooperative.

  4. I have a maruti zen (registered as a invalid carriage) with Mumbai RTO. Now planning to buy new Auto transmission vehicle and register it as a invalid carriage. Meet to Hyderabad RTO and Transport commissioner but not getting right information. They are advising me to register the vehicle as a normal vehicle. Facing Very dificulty so lost hope and planning to buy new vehicle from mumbai.

  5. I heard same kind of information from a forum on cardekho . The reason mention by them was the RTO office do not have software that indicates the autogear/ auto transmission car as an INVALID CARRIAGE. That looks to be main problem. Do write back if you have any infor from HYDERABAD RTO or need any info.

  6. The new guidelines have also done away with the manufacturer's certificate necessary for availing the concession.
    Now a certificate from RTA officer would now suffice to avail the concession.
